说明： 进程监视器（Process Monitor）不是一个函数，而是以子VI的方式提供的，它存放在LabVIEWActivity目录中，调用它的方法是在Functions?Select a VI下打开Process Monitor，然后在流程图上点击一下，就可以出现它的图标。
