说明： C-1540 & I-130 with only the ignition on go to the Pdm screen & go to
configuration mode then go to Plc inputs & outputs watch the speed wheel input (Figure1) and
get someone to turn the speed wheel manually to see if there is an alternating on/off signal
going to the plc if not then there is either a bad connection orfaulty sensor.
