说明： 这是一个TraceRoute程序，它是一个Winsole程序，因此在编译成功后，应该打开“开始”菜单的“运行”对话框
然后单击“浏览”按钮，在该工程Debug和Release目录下得到可执行文件的路径和文件名，并在后面加入命令行参数
