摩根士丹利CEO谈Libra：个人对新形式的加密货币不感兴趣
摩根士丹利首席执行官James Gorman在接受CNBC采访时谈到Facebook最新推出的加密货币Libra。Gorman表示：“我个人对新的加密货币交易所或新形式的加密货币并不那么感兴趣。我已经说过很多次了，我也可能会被证明是完全错误的。我不明白，我并未看到对另一种价值存储形式的需求，我也不明白为什么系统需要另一种价值存储形式。我们有货币，有贵金属，有储备货币，也有备用票据。显然，那里存在着一定的需求。但事实上我们不在其中（Gorman未明确提及，可能指摩根士丹利不在Libra协会）根本不会困扰我。”
In an interview with CNBC, James Gorman, chief executive of Morgan Stanley, talked about Facebook's latest encrypted currency, Libra. "Personally, I'm not interested in the new encrypted currency exchange or the new form of encrypted currency," Gorman said. I've said that many times, and I may prove to be totally wrong. I don't understand, I don't see the need for another form of value storage, and I don't understand why the system needs another form of value storage. We have money, precious metals, reserve currencies and standby bills. Obviously, there is a certain demand there. But the fact that we're not in it (Gorman didn't mention it explicitly, maybe Morgan Stanley is not in the Libra Association) doesn't bother me at all.
