Amazon or any other Amazon affiliated website. Vendors and Sellers must review and
understand the below Amazon Requirements before making any submissions. Any products
marketed or sold on Amazon or any other Amazon affiliated website must comply with all
applicable laws, mandatory standards, and Amazon policies.
1. Products may be regulated by one or more agencies and Amazon requires
products to be compliant with all applicable regulations.
2. Independent 3rd testing at CPSC accredited laboratories is required for all CPSC

3. Children’s Products such as toys and apparel are CPSC regulated, must be independently
tested from a 3rd CPSC accredited laboratory, and you must be able to furnish a Children’s
Product Certificate (CPC) for the product. Details about Children’s Product Certificates can be
found on the CPSC website:
3. To evidence electronic safety certification, the certification with the name of the certifying
agency and file number should be included. The model number shown in the certification
should also match the model number of the product being listed. This certification must be
done at an ILAC/ISO 17025 certified testing laboratory.
4. Amazon accepts only passing test reports for products tested from a production run. Testing
completed on pre-production or prototype products will not be accepted.
5. Vendors and Sellers should direct all questions regarding currently applicable laws, rules,
standards, and bans for their products to their testing laboratory and own legal counsel.
6. Amazon reserves the right to request additional compliance documents and information for
your products.
The submission of passing test documentation does not guarantee approval for your products
being listed on Amazon or any other Amazon affiliated website.
